As you know, which of these likely contains the least authoritative data on health and wellness? There are so many sources of data on health and wellness; which is the most accurate? There is no right or wrong answer, but you need to know the most authoritative one.
For example, I’m writing this article, and you’re reading it, but the information in the article is coming from me. I’m not just an average person who shares the same views as you; I’m a person with a degree in Health Science, so I have a bit of expertise in health.
But that’s not the only thing I’ve done to earn this expertise. I’ve also spent years studying the field, learning what questions to ask when researching and how to interpret the answers.

An expert has a large body of knowledge and experience in their study area. They may be a doctor, nurse, or researcher, and their job is to help others gain the same knowledge and experience.
The type of source that you are most familiar with is the expert. When you hear a new term like “cardiovascular health,” you might assume it means something only relevant to doctors and researchers.
That’s not the case, though. You can learn much about cardiovascular health from a nurse who knows what it’s like to be in the hospital. The nurse might even give you valuable insight into why you’re not getting the cardiovascular health you need.
If you’re interested in health and wellness, you probably already know someone who’s an expert in their field. Ask them for advice, and don’t be afraid to tell them what you’re trying to learn.
Journal articles are the most authoritative sources of data on health and wellness.
The medical journal is the definitive source of information on a particular topic. The information in the journal is carefully researched and peer-reviewed, which means it is based on actual scientific studies and not just anecdotes.
An excellent example of a medical journal is the Journal of the American Medical Association. This journal publishes the most up-to-date and accurate information on health and wellness.
